Kelly Smith is a Certified Yoga Instructor and Thai Massage Therapist with 17 years of experience. Her training includes over 1000 hours as a student of yoga in professional classes in alignment, meditation, yoga for a number of injuries and conditions including Scoliosis, Pre-natal yoga, Yoga Therapy, Restorative Yoga and Yoga for Athletes as well as daily self practice.
Over the past 17 years she has taught over 10,000 hours of yoga including teacher trainings, yoga for professional Athletes, and "Yoga over 65". She received several awards when she taught and owned a yoga studio in Philadelphia for several years including Philadelphia Magazine's coveted annual acknowledgment, "Best Yoga Teacher in Town".

She is an experienced Group Fitness Instructor, specializing in POUND rockout workout, ZUMBA fitness, and many other formats. She has a background of many years of dance, gymnastics, and cheerleading... both as a performer/athlete and as a Coach. She has been teaching group fitness classes for over 10 years and also has many years experience coaching clients with nutrition, weight loss and at home fitness.
